Digital goods and immediate access. All products, credits, roles, queue priority, cosmetics, perks, and other services sold by The Day Before Servers are digital products/services for use only inside The Day Before Servers community DayZ servers. Delivery begins immediately after a successful payment unless stated otherwise.
Final sale. Because access is granted immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and delivery has begun, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law.
EU/German withdrawal notice. By purchasing digital content/services, the customer expressly consents to immediate performance before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledges that, once delivery begins, the statutory right of withdrawal is lost to the extent permitted by applicable German/EU law.
Review before purchase. Customers must review the product/service description, duration, server restrictions, account requirements, and price before buying. Accidental purchases, change of mind, bans, rule violations, incompatibility with another server/platform, or failure to read the description do not create a refund entitlement.
Possible exceptions. The Day Before Servers may, at its sole discretion or where legally required, review refund requests for duplicate charges, proven unauthorized transactions, or a confirmed technical failure where the purchased digital product/service was never delivered and cannot reasonably be delivered.
Chargebacks and payment disputes. Customers must contact The Day Before Servers first to resolve payment issues. Unapproved chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes may result in immediate revocation of all related digital products/services, removal of credits, and account restrictions or bans while the matter is reviewed.
No cash value. Store credits, virtual items, roles, perks, and services have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not transferable unless expressly allowed by The Day Before Servers.
